Memories

This is me asking a question and getting nervous
because I don't know what to do in debate.
I wasn't in any team and we were going to 
have the inter-class debate!

week. I can't believe the time has gone 
this much already! I will miss my
classmates.

presenter gave us. We have to listen to them

We had a hard time going up and down the hill at 

first but after 3 weeks, it was okay.I can't believe

we could not feel tired after 4 weeks going up the hill and 

down the hill!

out PA. she was very kind and pretty. 

  PA from the next 2 weeks. 박진아 PA was our class PA and 이심지PA was our room PA.

Debate speech

 A boy got bullied in the  classroom. Nobody knew. He still got bullied. He was depressed and thought nobody cared about him. Then he thought, "There is the CCTV".  The Leader of the Opposition said that we can't have CCTV because of privacy problems. This may be true but we can have a permission about using the CCTV. We can have a investigation about where they are going to use it for and why they want to use it. This way, they will have to tell the truth because we may see where they placed it. For the sellers who sell the CCTV, we will see if they are honest and just in case, we can have a fine if they sell it secretly. 

 The Prime Minister said that using CCTV stops crime. According to BBC news, after polices put CCTV cameras around the city, crime decreased 70% in London. I also had a experience like this. Our school got robbed 4 years ago. The teacher thought it was his fellow worker and went out. The robber stole every single money in the computer room. Fortunately, we saw it on the CCTV and could caught the robber. The robber was handed to the police.

 Now, I will argue my second argument. If we use CCTV, it reduces antisocial behavior. For example, in Korea, there is a lot of bullying in the classroom nowadays. So, my school put high quality scenes. After we put those up, school bullying could close the scenes up and see their faces very clearly and hear what they said. Also, according to the BBC news, a school in Watford had a lot of littering problem. After they put  up the CCTV, kids stopped littering everywhere because they were afraid that they will be punished. After that, the school was always clean. Thank you for listening.
